2.3 Payment Information
CAPTAIN does not store your payment details.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat. CAPTAIN only receives subscription status and entitlement information (e.g., Premium active or not).

Provide personalized training plans and AI-generated insights
Track progress and performance over time
Improve the App and develop new features
Manage subscriptions and access to Premium features

4. AI & Automated Processing
CAPTAIN uses AI systems to generate:
Training recommendations
Performance summaries
Analytics reports
These outputs are based on the data you provide and your activity in the App. No automated decision-making produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We only share data with trusted service providers necessary to run CAPTAIN:

Google Firebase – authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting
RevenueCat – subscription management
Apple / Google – in-app purchases and payments
AI service providers – generation of training recommendations, analytics, and performance insights, acting solely on our behalf
Cloud infrastructure providers (EU-compliant)
All service providers act as data processors, are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations, and comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
We do not share your data with advertisers.
7. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the EU. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the App or by contacting us. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed unless legal obligations require retention.
11. Account Suspension, Bans & Abuse Prevention
In cases where a user violates our Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable laws, CAPTAIN may suspend or permanently ban the account.
In such cases, we may retain limited and strictly necessary information for the purposes of:
Enforcing the ban or restriction
Preventing repeated abuse or re-registration
Protecting the integrity and security of the platform
Complying with legal obligations
The retained data may include identifiers such as account ID, hashed contact information, ban reason, and relevant timestamps. All other personal data will be deleted or anonymized where possible.
This data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and is processed under CAPTAIN's legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
12. Children's Privacy
CAPTAIN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately.

No system is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.
14. Future Wearable Devices
If CAPTAIN introduces wearable hardware in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to clearly describe any additional data collected (e.g., motion or biometric data).
No wearable data is collected at this time.
